The Process

The process begins with a first hand, in person visit to Governors Point. Reach out to the sales team to schedule your own private tour. Be prepared for some hiking as there are many different vistas, building sites, and perspectives to take in.

Future owners in the Governors Point community will begin the process by identifying their desired lot. Each of the 16 parcels showcase their own unique character and distinction. Careful thought and consideration was given when creating the individual property layouts ultimately capturing home build sites, unique topography aesthetic, and promoting privacy for each future home site.

Once a property has been identified, a standard vacant land purchase will transact. Regarding the feasibility process involved, purchasing a lot at Governors Point will be streamlined. For each property, build sites have been identified, septic locations have been approved, and utility services are extended to each lot.

Upon closing on the property, buyers will begin collaborating with OAO to design their future home. When buyers have finalized their home design, the permitting process will be overseen by OAO. Many of the design elements produced by OAO are proprietary and unique to this community requiring a first hand knowlege by the builder. For this reason, local contracting company, Instinct Builders will be overseeing construction of each home on the point.
